Yes — 14 of them, on every plan. Choose a language when you create a post and VioPost writes the headline, caption, and hashtags in it, including Arabic, Urdu, and Hebrew. For right-to-left languages the design changes too: the layout mirrors and the type switches to a font made for that writing system, so the finished image, carousel, or narrated video reads correctly.

Yes — every headline, caption, hashtag, and slide is editable, and you can refine any post by chatting with the in-app assistant before you publish or schedule it.

Yes. You can upload your own image or video with a caption and schedule or publish it to your connected networks — LinkedIn, X, Bluesky, Telegram, Pinterest, TikTok, and Google Business Profile, with more rolling out — and you can save custom templates (a background plus your text style) to brand the image posts and videos VioPost generates.

Posts you create are saved to your library. Unsaved drafts are cleared automatically after 30 days, while posts you keep or schedule stay until you delete them.

Yes, on the Enterprise plan. Invite your team to a shared workspace. Any member can draft a post and submit it for review; a different teammate must approve it (or send it back with a comment) — no one can approve their own post. Once a post is approved, any member, including its author, can publish or schedule it, and a post that hasn’t been approved can’t be published. The whole team shares one content library, connected accounts, brand kit, and VioToken balance.

Yes, on Pro & Enterprise. The analytics dashboard shows usage — posts created and published over time, by platform and format, plus scheduling outcomes. In a team workspace you also see who posted what. Your VioToken balance and recent token activity — charges, refunds, grants and purchases — are shown in Billing.

Generating posts and videos uses VioTokens. Each paid plan, from $19/mo, includes a monthly token allowance, and token packs — 500 / 1,000 / 2,000 tokens for $25 / $50 / $100 — add more at any time with no subscription. The token cost of each action is shown before you confirm it, and failed work is refunded automatically. Publishing, scheduling and editor changes cost 0 tokens. No. The free 3-day trial — 2 posts a day (image, carousel or text posts — narrated video needs a plan or a token pack) — needs no credit card.

Yes. Cancel online at any time in Billing → Cancel subscription, or from the billing portal. Cancelling stops future renewals: you keep your plan until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and partial periods aren’t refunded. Plan changes are made in the billing portal, which shows the new price before you confirm. Unused purchased VioTokens are refundable on request (Terms §23); tokens already used, and plan tokens, are not refundable except where required by law.

No. Your inputs and the assets generated for you are processed only to provide the service; we don’t use them to train AI models. We use Google’s paid Gemini API, under whose terms Google doesn’t use them to improve its products either (see our Privacy Policy).

On every plan, unsaved drafts are cleared after 30 days, and posts you keep or schedule — text, images, and carousels — stay in your library until you delete them. Each paid plan lists a storage allowance for your media (15 GB on Starter, 50 GB on Pro, and 250 GB on Enterprise). On a paid subscription, narrated videos are kept for a set window — 90 days on Starter, 365 days on Pro, and indefinitely on Enterprise. Without an active subscription — during the trial, or using token packs without a plan — videos are kept for 3 days. Download anything you want to keep longer; you can remove items anytime.

Only on narrated video, and only when your account has no active paid subscription — that includes the free trial and using token packs without a plan. Those videos carry a small ‘Made with VioPost’ mark in the corner; your images, carousels, and text posts are never watermarked. Once you subscribe to any paid plan, from Starter up, your videos are delivered watermark-free — including ones made earlier: just download or re-publish and the clean version is delivered.

No. Annual plans are billed once a year at a 5% saving, and your plan’s VioTokens are added at the start of each month. Plan tokens expire when the next month’s tokens arrive; token packs you buy never expire.

A connected account is one destination you’ve linked VioPost to so it can publish there for you — you authorize it once, and it becomes a publish-and-schedule target. Each individual profile, Page, or channel counts as one connected account: if you link three Telegram channels, that’s three. Your plan sets how many you can connect (2 on the free trial, 5 on Starter, and no cap on Pro or Enterprise), and a single post can go out to several at once. Reconnecting an account you’ve already linked — for example when a login expires — doesn’t use an extra slot. If you downgrade and end up over your new limit, your accounts stay linked but publishing pauses to the extra ones until you remove some or upgrade again.
