Each post is sized and formatted for what the destination network supports — images, carousels, video, or text — and you can always download finished assets to post anywhere yourself.

How do I connect a social account?

Open Connections in the app and link any of LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, Bluesky, Telegram, Threads, Snapchat, Pinterest, Reddit, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Business Profile (connecting Facebook also enables Instagram). Once connected, choose your destinations when you publish or schedule a post. Publishing is verified for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, Bluesky, Telegram, and Google Business Profile; the rest are in beta as we complete each platform's review.

Choose a date and time and VioPost publishes the post automatically to the destinations you picked. The content calendar shows everything you’ve scheduled on a month or week view so you can plan ahead.

Yes — every headline, caption, hashtag, and slide is editable, and you can refine any post by chatting with the in-app assistant before you publish or schedule it.

You can upload your own image or video with a caption and schedule or publish it to your connected networks — LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, Bluesky, Telegram, and Google Business Profile, with more rolling out — and you can save custom templates (a background plus your text style) to brand the image posts and videos VioPost generates.

How long are my posts saved?

Posts you create are saved to your library. Unsaved drafts are cleared automatically after a few days, while posts you keep or schedule stay until you delete them.

Yes, on the Enterprise plan. Invite your team to a shared workspace with admin, approver, and creator roles. Creators draft and submit posts for review; approvers approve them or send them back with a comment — and only approved posts can be published or scheduled. The whole team shares one content library, connected accounts, brand kit, and wallet.

Yes, on Pro and Enterprise. The analytics dashboard shows usage — posts created and published over time, by platform and format, plus scheduling outcomes — and cost — spend over time, posts vs videos, top-ups, and balance. In a team workspace you also see a per-member breakdown of who posted and who spent what.

Generating posts and videos is metered against your plan’s monthly allowance or your prepaid pay-as-you-go wallet — videos cost more than posts because they use more processing. Publishing and scheduling to your connected accounts are free. See the pricing page for current rates.

Do I need a credit card to try it?

No. The free 3-day trial (2 posts/day) needs no credit card.

Can I cancel or change my plan anytime?

Yes — manage or cancel your subscription from the billing portal at any time. Changes take effect at the end of the current billing period, and unused wallet balance is refundable on request.

No. Your inputs and the assets generated for you are processed only to provide the service; we don’t use them to train our own models.

Lite is our most affordable way in — $10/month for 50 posts, including carousels and images, published and scheduled to your connected accounts. It’s posts-first: narrated video isn’t included, but you can add it anytime à la carte from your pay-as-you-go wallet ($1.50–$2.50 per video). It’s ideal if you want consistent social posts on a budget and only need video occasionally.

How much can I store, and how long are videos kept?

Your posts — text, images, and carousels — are stored for as long as you’re subscribed, with no limit on any paid plan. Each plan includes a storage allowance for your media (5 GB on Lite, 15 GB on Starter, 50 GB on Pro, and effectively unlimited on Enterprise); if you go over, extra storage is just $0.50/GB per month, and we’ll always warn you first rather than block your work. Narrated videos are kept for a set window by plan — 30 days on Lite, 90 days on Starter, 12 months on Pro, and indefinitely on Enterprise — and we’ll remind you to download anything before it expires. You can download and remove items anytime to free up space.

Is there a watermark on my posts?

Only on trial videos, and only on video. During the free trial, narrated videos carry a small ‘Made with VioPost’ mark in the corner — your images, carousels, and text posts are never watermarked. The moment you subscribe to any paid plan, all your videos become watermark-free automatically, including anything you created during the trial — just download or re-publish and the clean version is delivered. Every paid plan, from Lite up, produces fully watermark-free output.

How do connected accounts work?

A connected account is one destination you’ve linked VioPost to so it can publish there for you — you authorize it once, and it becomes a publish-and-schedule target. Each individual profile, Page, or channel counts as one connected account: if you link three Facebook Pages, that’s three. Your plan sets how many you can connect (3 on Lite, 5 on Starter, 10 on Pro, unlimited on Enterprise), and a single post can go out to several at once. Reconnecting an account you’ve already linked — for example when a login expires — doesn’t use an extra slot. If you downgrade and end up over your new limit, your accounts stay linked but publishing pauses to the extra ones until you remove some or upgrade again.
